Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
- Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, special sales), there may be slight delays in processing.
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
We ship all orders across Australia using Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days for faster delivery.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $400 AUD (within Australia).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, especially for rural or remote areas.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Australia. However, we are working on expanding to international locations. Please check back soon for updates on international shipping options.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the weight of your order.
- Free shipping applies to orders over $150 AUD within Australia.
- Any applicable shipping costs will be added to your total at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order via the link provided in the email or by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number.
Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has been significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your order.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as stolen. Please ensure you have a safe delivery location.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to government regulations or postal service limitations. This includes products that may contain small traces of THC, which can affect competitive horses. Please check with local authorities regarding the legal status of hemp products in your region before placing an order.
